Receta Salmón en Salsa de Mango Cúrcuma y Habanero
(6 porciones)
Ingredientes:
- Lonja de salmón natural crudo, cortado en filetes de 200g
- Sal de Colima y pimienta negra recién molida
- 1 Mermelada Amores y Sabores de mango cúrcuma y habanero
- Media taza de agua
Instrucciones:
1. Salpimentar el salmón y colocar las lonjas o filetes en un pyrex.
2. Mezclar la mermelada con el agua (de 1/4 a 1/2 taza según la consistencia deseada.)
3. Verter sobre el salmón y tapar con papel aluminio.
4. Hornear en horno precalentado a 200ºC apróx. por 20 min.
5. Acompañar con arroz basmati o salvaje
