Panqué de Matcha
Ingredientes:
- 120 grs. margarina o mantequilla de Maní - Matcha
- 4 o 4 gr de endulzante puedes utilizar vainilla o miel en polvo
- 2 huevos
- 120 grs. de harina
- 3 grs. levadura
- 2 cdas. de matcha
- Chocolate blanco
Preparación:
Precalentar el horno a 165*C.
Batir la mantequilla y el endulzante por 5 minutos.
Agregar los huevos, la harina y la matcha hasta que la mezcla quede homogénea.
Decorar al gusto con chocolate blanco.
Puedes colocar sobre el panqué chocolate en polvo o canela.
