175 gr harina de almendra

100 gr mantequilla

1 huevo

100 gr azúcar blanco más dos cucharadas

1 cdts jengibre en polvo

1 pizca sal
-
1/2 cdts royal
-
1/2 cdts vainilla
-
50 gr nueces muy picaditas
Pasos
30 minutos-
Batir la mantequilla con el azúcar, la vainilla y el huevo hasta conseguir una mezcla homogénea.

Agregar de a poco la harina, el royal, la sal y el jengibre y unir bien. Agregar las nueces y formar un bollito que se deja descansar unas horas en la nevera.

Estirar dejando de 1 cm de grosor y pasar cada disco por azúcar. colocar en bandejas engrasada y enharinada.

Precalentar el horno a 200º C y cocinar durante 10´o hasta que estén doradas.
