Hoy, les proponemos recetas muy sencillas que se hacen con mieles de Noble Handcrafted.
La primera receta que te traemos son unas deliciosas zanahorias salteadas. Lo interesante en estas recetas es que se pueden hacer unos platillos salados utilizando las mieles. La primera receta utiliza la Tonic 01 que es la que se añeja en barricas de roble y puedes conseguir en Apricot en cualquier momento. Estas zanahorias horneadas se hacen poniéndolas en una charola para hornear con papel encerado. Agregamos aceite de oliva, sal en grano y pimienta negra. Luego las metemos a hornear durante 25 minutos. Terminando los 25 minutos, les agregamos 60 gramos u 8 cucharadas de miel de maple, para después volver a meterlas al horno por 15 minutos más o hasta que quede la cocción perfecta de las zanahorias y listo.
