Hoy, les proponemos una nueva receta muy sencilla para hacer panes de yuca, unos antojitos deliciosos para acompañar el café con leche de las mañanas. Son originarios de Colombia, y los brasileños los conocen como "pan de queijo".
Son muy ricos, totalmente adictivos y fáciles de hacer. A continuación, les explicamos cómo prepararlos :
Ingredientes:
- 2 1/2 T de harina de yuca
- 2 T de queso parmesano rallado
- Una pizca de sal
- 1 c de pimentón
- 1 c de polvo de hornear
- 1 barrita de mantequilla (110g)
- 1 diente de ajo triturado o rallado
- 2 huevos
- 2 o 3 C de agua si la masa está muy seca.
Preparación:
1. Precalienta el horno a 500ºF (260ºC)
2. Coloca la harina de yuca, el queso, la sal y el pimentón en el tazón del procesador, mezcla bien.
3. Añade la mantequilla y los huevos a la mezcla anterior y procesa.
4. Si la masa queda muy seca añade una o dos cucharadas de agua.
5. Termina de juntar la masa con las manos, forma una bola y con una cuchara boleadora pequeña toma porciones de masa, redondea con la mano y coloca en una bandeja para hornear.
6. Si no tienes procesador, sencillamente coloca todo en un tazón y mezcla con las manos hasta obtener una masa lisa y suave.
7. Hornea por 3 a 5 minutos hasta que estén doraditos.
8. ¡Sirva los panes de yuca enseguida!
