ACAI BOWL
El Acai es una de las frutas antioxidantes que comienza a ganar popularidad por sus muchas propiedades para la salud y la belleza ya que, entre otras cosas, es rejuvenecedora (evita el desgaste prematuro de la piel).
Ingredientes para 2 porciones:
- 2 tazas de fresas congeladas
- 2 plátanos en rodajas y congelados
- 4 cucharadas de polvo de açai
- 1 taza de leche de almendra
- 2 cucharadas de crema de almendras
- 1 cucharada de miel
Para decorar puedes elegir entre:
- - Fruta fresca (plátanos, fresas, moras, arándanos, frambuesas, higos, etc.)
- - Granola
- - Coco deshidratado
- - Semillas de chía
- - Cacao Nibs
- - Quinoa inflada
- - Goji Berries
Instrucciones
1. Coloca en una licuadora la fruta congelada, el polvo de açai, la leche, la crema de almendras y la miel
2. Licúa hasta lograr una consistencia homogénea y cremosa. Agrega leche de almendras si lo consideras necesario
Tip: Debe tener la consistencia de un yogurt griego
3. Sirve la mezcla en un plato hondo y decóralo con los ingredientes de tu elección
