Açai Bowl
Ingredientes:
- 1/2 taza/ 120 ml de Coco Kéfir o Milk Kéfir (puede ser también leche de coco o almendra)
- 1 cucharada de Chía
- 1/2 taza mezcla de frambuesas, zarzamoras y moras azules congeladas
- 100gr de Acai
- 1 cucharada de goji berries
- 1 cucharada de frambuesas
- Medio plátano rebanado
- 1 cucharada de coco rallado orgánico
Preparación:
Coloque la leche de coco, chía, açai, frambuesas, zarzamoras y moras azules congeladas en la licuadora, mezclar hasta obtener una consistencia suave. Servir inmediatamente en recipientes poco profundos o también puede ser como smoothie en un vaso.
Una vez colocado en el recipiente agregar los toppings
