Ingredientes
- 6 claras de huevo
- 2 cucharadas de aceite de oliva Salivary
- 1/2 cebolla finamente picada
- 2 tazas de espinaca fresca picada
- 1 pizca de sal Extravirgen
- 1 pizca de pimienta
- Salsa verde para acompañar
Procedimiento
En un sartén pequeño, calentar el aceite a fuego medio y dorar la cebolla y la espinaca por 5 minutos. Sazonar con un poco de sal.
En un recipiente hondo, batir las claras de huevo con un poco de sal hasta que estén ligeramente espumosas.
Calentar un sartén pequeño o un sartén para omelette y cubrir con un poco de aceite de oliva.
Vertir la mitad de las claras y permitir que se cocine por 90 segundos. Con una pala voltear el omelette y dejar que se termine de cocinar del otro lado.
Con una cuchara, colocar la mitad de la mezcla de espinaca de un lado del omelette y con la pala doblar el mismo sobre la mezcla.
Retirar del sartén y servir con una salsa verde.
