Ingredientes:
• 2 huevos grandes
• 1 taza de azúcar morena
• 1 taza de crema batida
• 1/2 taza de miel de Maple Noble Tonic 01
• 1 cucharada de extracto de vainilla natural
• Pasta para hornear
Preparación:
• Precalentar el horno a 175 C
• En un recipiente mediano mezcla todos los ingredientes con batidora hasta crear una masa uniforme.
• Prepara tu pasta para hornear en tu molde (regularmente redondo) agregando las orillas.
• Agrega la mezcla a tu base y hornéalo de 40 a 45 minutos hasta que la superficie se vea doradita.
• Retíralo del horno y deja que se enfríe completamente antes de servir.
• Sírvelo con crema batida y un poco de miel de maple encima.
