Ingredientes:
- 1 barrita de queso de cabra blanco
- 1 paquetito chico de queso roquefort
- 1 cucharadita de sal
- 1 cucharada de Aceite de Oliva “Amores y Sabores”
- 3 cucharadas de Mermelada de Higo con Te Assam de “Amores y Sabores”
- 100 gr. De Almendras
- 1 baguette
Preparación:
En un bowl, mezclar el queso de cabra, el roquefort, la sal y el aceite de oliva. Mezclar los ingredientes sin revolver demasiado. En un plato poner esta mezcla y moldearlo en forma de un círculo. Una vez listo, cubrir la preparación con una capa gruesa de la Mermelada de Higo con Te Assam. Colocar las almendras sobre la mitad de la superficie y por último cortar la baguette en croutones para acompañar el dip.
