Ingredientes:
- Agua
- Cuscús
- Aceite de oliva
- Ajo
- Pimiento
- Cebollín
- Sal
- Albahaca
- Vinagre de arroz
- Jitomates
Preparación:
- En una olla mediana, hierve el agua. Añade el cuscús y déjalo cocer hasta que se consuma el agua. Cúbrelo y retira del fuego. Deja reposar 10 minutos y espónjalo con un tenedor.
- Saltea en una sartén con aceite de oliva, el ajo, el pimiento y el cebollín con sal. Añade la albahaca, el cuscús y el vinagre de arroz, y mezcla.
- Corta la parte superior de los jitomates, vacía el interior con una cuchara y rellénalos con la mezcla de cuscús.
