Ingredientes:
- Papel encerado
- Chocolate amargo o semi amargo
- Miel
- Almendras
- Amaranto
Preparación:
- Cubre una charola para hornear con papel encerado.
- Derrite el chocolate en baño María.
- Mezcla el chocolate derretido con el amaranto, la miel y las almendras.
- Vierte la mezcla sobre el papel encerado en la charola, distribuyéndola uniformemente con las manos. Si lo deseas, cúbrela con papel encerado y aplánala con un rodillo.
- Refrigera durante 10 minutos.
- Corta en forma de barritas.
