☽ Los ingredientes ☽
-> 200 ml de leche de almendra
-> 4 plátanos congelados muy maduros
-> 4 cucharadas de cacao en polvo Extravirgen
-> Una cucharada de extracto de vainilla Mamima
-> 2 Cucharadas de monk fruit The Functional Foods
Instrucciones
- Unta los plátanos en 3 o 4 piezas
(o córtalos en monedas si tu licuadorao procesador de alimentos no es muy potente),
colócalos en un recipiente hermético y congélalos durante la noche.
Si tu licuadora/procesador de alimentos no puede mezclar los plátanos congelados,
agregue un poco de leche vegetal (la leche de coco y las leches de nueces son geniales para hacer helado)
o algunos plátanos no congelados (yo usaría 3 plátanos congelados y 3 no congelados).
- Licúa los plátanos hasta que tengas un helado de plátano súper cremoso.
¡Se paciente, sigue mezclando!
- Agrega el extractoo de vainilla y el monk fruit
- Agregue el cacao en polvo y mezcle nuevamente.
Cuando esté listo, puedes comer el helado de inmediato, pero estará bastante suave.
También puede transferirlo a un recipiente hermético y congelarlo durante al menos 1 hora o hasta que esté sólido.
Si es demasiado difícil, deje reposar a temperatura ambiente durante al menos 10 minutos
o hasta que tenga la consistencia perfecta.
Para hacer la salsa de chocolate solo mezcla los dos ingredientes.
