INGREDIENTES:
1 bolsa de arúgula
1 mango
80 gr de queso azul
1 cucharada de miel Amores y Sabores
1 aguacate
1 cucharada de consomé de vegetales Canasta Verde
1 frasco de nueces garapiñadas Cosmo Nuts
2 cucharadas de vinagre de manzana
4 cucharadas de aceite de oliva
pimienta Beatriz Attolini
PREPARACIÓN:
1.-Pela el mango, separa la pulpa del hueso y córtala en dados. Corta el queso azul y el aguacate en dados también.
2.-Prepara la vinagreta: Mezcla la miel y el vinagre en un recipiente, agrega el consomé y añade una pizca de pimienta. Bátelo con un tenedor hasta que se diluya. Agrega el aceite, poco a poco, sin dejar de batir
3.-Coloca la arúgula en una ensaladera, agrega por encima los daditos de mango, aguacate y queso azul, también agrega las nueces y la vinagreta justo en el momento de servir.
