Necesitas:
- 1 litro de caldo de pollo desgrasado
- 1 cebolla chica
- 1/2 de calabaza dulce
- Sal de las 5 pimientas de Amores y Sabores
Preparación:
Junta en una olla calabaza con costra, cebolla y el caldo de pollo. Deja hirviendo hasta que la calabaza quede suave. ¡A la licuadora junto con el caldo! (quítale la costra a la calabaza) + cilantro, sal con 3 pimientas al gusto.
