Para esta receta necesitarás:
• 2 tazas de avellanas naturales y crudas (sin tostar)
• 1 taza de azúcar de coco
• 1/2 taza de cacao en polvo
• 1/2 cucharadita de extracto de vainilla
• 3 cucharadas de aceite de oliva
1. Precalienta el horno a 180°C. En una charola, tuesta las avellanas hasta que su cáscara se obscurezca levemente.
2. Ponlas en una toalla o servilleta y frota para retirar la cáscara.
3. En el procesador de alimentos, procesa las avellanas hasta obtener una pasta con una consistencia cremosa.
4. Agrega el resto de los ingredientes y procesa un poco más para incorporarlos bien y obtener esa consistencia cremosa que la hace rica y untable.
5. Vacía sobre un contenedor de vidrio con tapa para que se conserve fresco.
