Ingredientes:
2 tazas de harina de quinoa Morama
1/2 de arroz integral Morama
1 cucharada de sal
1 cucharada de aceite Amores y Sabores
1 taza de agua caliente
Preparación:
Mezclar todos los ingredientes en un recipiente.
Debe de formarse una masa fácil de moldear, si queda muy líquida agrega más harina, si queda muy espesa, agrega más agua.
Forme bolitas y empanicelas con harina de quinoa, aplástelas para formar tortillas.
Póngalas en el sartén unos minutos de cada lado, después guardelas en el refrigerador durante tres días aprox.
