Ingredientes:
- 300 g de solomillo
- 150 ml Jugo de carne
- Vinagre de jerez al gusto.
- 100 g de mantequilla
- 100 g de Miel de Maple Tonic 01
Preparación:
En un sartén caliente agregar la mantequilla con la miel de maple y el vinagre de Jerez, se reduce y se le añade el jugo de carne. Por otra parte cocinar a la plancha el solomillo.
Para emplatar, agregar la salsa al solomillo acompañado de unas verduras al vapor con unas gotas de vinagre de Jerez y aceite de oliva.
Es una excelente idea para una ocasión especial. Saludable, gourmet y deliciosa.
