Ingredientes:
- 3 Huevos
- 2 tazas Harina Integral
- 1 ½ tazas de azúcar mascabado
- ½ taza de Leche de Almendras
- ½ taza de Aceite de Coco
- 5 Plátanos
- Chocolate con Café y Cardamomo de “Amores y Sabores”
- ½ cucharadita de canela molida
- 1 chorrito de vainilla
- 100 gr. de Crema de Cacahuate de “Amores y Sabores”
Procedimiento:
Licuar los huevos, aceite, plátanos, leche, azúcar, crema de cacahuate y vainilla. Mezclar esto con el harina, canela, sal y cubitos de chocolate con la ayuda de una batidora. Una vez mezclado, vaciar la mezcla en un molde previamente engrasado para panqué y hornear a 180 gr. durante 45 minutos.
