La época navideña es para compartir y disfrutar en familia, y nada gusta más que un calientito ponche, disfruta de esta nueva versión de ponche en una gelatina acompañada de otra gelatina cremosita de leche que juntas hacen el equilibrio perfecto para esta navidad.
Ingredientes:
- 8 tazas de agua para el ponche
- 2 piezas de caña para el ponche
- 1 pieza de piloncillo para el ponche
- 1 pieza de raja de canela para el ponche
- 1 taza de tejocote para el ponche
- 1/4 de taza de tamarindo para el ponche
- 1/2 taza de ciruela pasa
- 1/4 de taza de flor de jamaica para el ponche
- 5 piezas de guayaba para el ponche
- 2 piezas de manzana para el ponche
- 1 pieza de pera para el ponche
- 4 sobres de grenetina 28 gr, hidratada
- 1 taza de leche evaporada para la gelatina de leche
- 1 taza de leche condensada para la gelatina de leche
- 1 cucharadita de vainilla para la gelatina de leche
- 4 sobres de grenetina hidratada, para la gelatina de leche
Preparación:
En una olla a fuego medio calienta el agua, agrega las cañas la canela y el piloncillo, deja cocinar por 10 min.Agrega los tejocotes, el tamarindo, ciruela pasa y flor de Jamaica, cocina 20 minutos. Agrega las guayabas, la manzana y la pera, deja cocinar por 20 minutos ó bien hasta que se cocine. Cuela el ponche y reserva la fruta, agrega la grenetina hidratada al líquido, mueve hasta incorporar. Reserva. Coloca los vasos sobre un plato hondo de manera que estén inclinados a 45° agrega la fruta del ponche, vierte el líquido y deja refrigerar por 2 horas.
Licúa la leche evaporada, leche condensada, leche entera, la esencia de vainilla, vierte la grenetina hidratada. Vierte sobre la gelatina de ponche y refrigera por 2 horas ó bien hasta que cuaje. Decora con la fruta del ponche.
