INGREDIENTES
1 paquete de Risotto de hongos y setas SPICO
60 g de mantequilla
500 ml de caldo de pollo
8 jitomates bola
Queso parmesano
INDICACIONES
1.- Cortar las cabecitas de los jitomates (dejar el rabo) y retirar la pulpa
2.- Colocarlos en orden en un refractario, previamente engrasado o sobre papel encerado
3.- Preparar el Risotto como lo indica la receta en la etiqueta trasera del paquete, sin finalizar con la crema, solo agregar el queso.
4.- Rellenar los jitomates con la mezcla de arroz y espolvorearlos con queso parmesano,
5.- Colocar los rabitos de jitomate, sazonar con sal y pimienta.
6.- Meter al horno hasta que doren
