S. SPECIFIC. Ponte una meta específica. Evita metas vagas y genéricas. En lugar de decir quiero ponerme en forma y bajar grasa, tienes que ser más específico. Por ejemplo, “Quiero bajar 5 kg de grasa corporal y subir 2 kg de músculo”
M. MEASURABLE: Medible. Establece indicadores que te permitan medir el progreso y determinar si has alcanzado tu objetivo. Por ejemplo, si tu propósito es ahorrar dinero, define una cantidad específica que deseas ahorrar cada mes, podrías ahorrar el 10% de tus ingresos mensuales.
A. ACHIEVABLE. Alcanzable. Asegúrate que tus metas sean realistas y alcanzables en función de tus circunstancias y recursos disponibles. Evalúa tus habilidades y recursos para determinar si puedes lograr lo que te propones.
R. RELEVANT. Relevante. Asegúrate que tus metas estén alineadas con tus valores, intereses y aspiraciones personales. Si tus propósitos no tienen relevancia para ti, es menos probable que te comprometas con ellos a largo plazo.
T. TIME. Tiempo. Establece un plazo o fecha límite para alcanzar tus objetivos. Esto te ayudará a mantenerte enfocado y a trabajar en ellos de manera constante. Lo puedes ver por trimestre, cuatrimestre o semestre; así podrás dividir tus propósitos por etapas y momentos de tu año.

Y también es totalmente válido revisar y ajustar tus metas. Es decir, si ya estás a mitad de año y llegan nuevas oportunidades o cambian las circunstancias, se vale ajustar tus metas.
