1. Mamut saludable
Ingredientes:
- Galletas marías
- Yogurt griego natural sin azúcar
- Chocolate oscuro derretido
Procedimiento:
- En una galleta maría, untar yogurt, colocar otra galleta maría y bañar con chocolate oscuro.
- Llevar al refrigerador por 1 hora
2. Gomitas de chamoy
Ingredientes:
- 2 sobres de grenetina
- 1 sobre de gelatina light de frutos rojos
- Chamoy sin azúcar al gusto
- Tajín bajo en sodio al gusto
- 1 taza de agua caliente
Procedimiento:
- Mezcla y refrigera por 25-30 min.
3. Mix de verduras con churritos
- Churritos de amaranto
- Jícama
- Zanahoria
- Pepino
- Chamoy sin azúcar
Procedimiento:
- Mezclar todos los ingredientes y agregar limón al gusto
4. Almendras con chocolate
Ingredientes:

- Mezclar los ingredientes
5. Barras de yogurt congelado
Ingredientes:
- Yogurt griego
- Frutos rojos
- Granola
- Almendras
- Chocolate oscuro en trozos
Procedimiento:
- En una bandeja con papel encerado añadir 1/2 taza de yogurt griego natural sin azúcar (el que yo le puse es endulzado) agregar el resto de los ingredientes.
- Llevar al congelador por 2 horas y listos, después lo partes a tu gusto
